The majority of us
have been on a calorie-reduced diet before.
For some days everything is Jim Dandy, until
you start daydreaming of a trip to the candy
store to buy lollypops, peanut brittle,
Snicker's bars, peanut butter cups and chocolate
truffles.
You do not have to quit
sweets to continue on a weight loss program.
Your weight managing plan just has to contain
a little wisdom in the form of sugarless
candies, natural chocolates and healthy
options.
Chocolate lover's diet
A number of years ago,
the major diet counselor Jenny Craig had
a special weight loose menu alternative
called the Chocolate Lover's plan. It meant
dieters could prefer a small chocolate cake
for dessert, chocolate peanut butter bars
for snacks and a small number of other chocolate
treats. Even this weight loss huge knew
eating a few small treats during the day
could not stand in the way of weight loss.
However, therein lays
the difficulty. How to have just one chocolate
or candy anything and still loose weight?
Enter the sugarless candy.
Note, I did not say "sugar free."
Candy prepared the proper sugarless way
encourage better health and can really improve
your weight loss! Sugarless candy and chocolate,
properly prepared, means you never recognize
the difference, but your bathroom scale
will.
Think about how much
more effectual and healthy your diet will
be when you include sugarless candies and
chocolate.
The key to weight management
is generally self-control. Select natural,
organic foods along with sugarless treats.
Usual sweetners have that traditional sweetner
aftertaste. Sugarless candy require not.
Your weight managing
plan should contain five to six mini-meals
or maxi-snacks a day.
Start your day with a
balanced breakfast of eggs, vegetated grain
bread and fruit. Then, a few hours later,
have a morning snack having protein such
as yogurt. Just then, feel free to spoil
in a piece of sugarless candy.
After a lunch such as
soup and salad with a small quantity of
lean protein for example chicken, indulge
once more in a piece of sugarless chocolate.
After a healthy dinner
of fish and steamed vegetables, you will
wait happy and satisfied on your diet by
eating yet one more piece of natural chocolate
or sugarless candy for dessert.
Dieting need not
be painful. Sweets' lovers the world is
yours!
